NATIONAL OFFICE
The fundamental question for organisational leadership is: How do we
infuse our daily operations with deeper purpose and spiritual meaning?
What does it mean to operate with apostolic intent? The disciples
transformed into apostles when Jesus commissioned them to go be His
witnesses. An apostolic approach, therefore, represents the spiritual
motivation that drives our external functions in service of our calling.
When we bring this apostolic perspective to our roles, the day-to-day tasks
may appear unchanged, but the underlying purpose creates a powerful
narrative that will ultimately transform our results.
Within our National Office, we are redefining the purpose of our Events,
Health, Finance and Risk departments as ministries of Gathering, Growing,
Stewarding and Faith development.
Imagine if our national office could become a dynamic centre of apostolic
mission – a place where administrative excellence serves a higher calling!
