STEWARD (FINANCE)
Our budget reflects our deepest values and
priorities—what story does ours tell about what
we truly believe?
We are guided by principles of transparency
and empowerment, ensuring clear visibility
between our resources and our mission. This
alignment allows everyone to see how our
financial decisions support our vision.
In fulfilling our calling, we navigate the
delicate balance between meeting regulatory
requirements and faithfully pursuing God’s
will in all our actions—honouring both earthly
responsibilities and heavenly purposes.
GATHER (CONNECT)
The gospel of Jesus Christ is not only the
greatest story ever told—it is the unshakable
foundation upon which we stand. It gives us
gratitude for yesterday, strength for today, and
unwavering faith for the future.
With a clear mandate to reach Australia for
Christ, we are witnessing the message of
hope and salvation released in bold, Spiritempowered ways—through our churches,
through our pastors, and through every believer
who dares to carry the flame into cities, towns,
and remote regions of our great nation. Though
we are scattered, we are not separated—
because we understand the supernatural
strength that comes when the Church gathers.
We know this with certainty: where two or three
are gathered in His name, He is there. Where
there is unity, God commands His blessing.
These are not just truths—they are promises
we stand on.
So we gather—with expectation in our hearts
and fire in our bones. We gather to pray, to
worship, to be stirred by prophetic and apostolic
vision. We gather to be sharpened, refreshed,
and realigned in God’s presence—ready to
return to the harvest field with renewed courage
and clarity.
This is our charge: to create spaces where
the Spirit moves freely, where leaders are
strengthened, and where the call of God is
reawakened. Together, we raise a collective
shout of praise, we cheer one another on, and
we walk forward in genuine love and shared
purpose.
Australia needs Jesus—and the Church
united in Spirit and mission will carry the
answer. Let’s rise, lead, and gather—because
‘WHY NOT NOW’.
Financial stewardship often creates significant
pressure for our Pastors as they work to fund
vision, operate within means, and expand
capacity when needed.
Rooted in biblical principles of stewardship,
we partner with visionary leaders to carefully
manage our shared resources—both financial
and human—in order to:
Build Strong Foundations: We create robust
systems and processes that enable confident
decision-making and promote accountability
through clarity and efficiency.
Equip and Encourage Leaders: We support
those responsible for financial oversight, helping
them wisely balance immediate operational
needs with long-term kingdom investments,
understanding that strategic sacrifice today can
lead to greater impact tomorrow.
GROW (HEALTH)
The comprehensive health and development of
our Pastors and their teams forms the foundation
of everything we accomplish together at INC.
Our ministry development pathway focuses on
four essential dimensions: Head, Heart, Hands,
and Habits.
While
ordination,
re-accreditation,
and
transition processes can sometimes feel like
administrative hurdles, we intentionally seek the
deeper spiritual purpose within each function.
Ordination represents a celebration—the
powerful moment when God’s calling and faithful
obedience converge, launching a Pastor into
active ministry with confidence and purpose.
FAITH (RISK)
Most faith-filled decisions begin with big-picture
vision and soaring possibilities. The challenge
comes when we move from inspiration to
implementation—when earthly realities test our
faith-driven passion.
Re-accreditation acknowledges that maintaining
the health of our mind, heart, actions, and
practices is essential for sustaining our calling
and living out our commitment to God’s glory
through faithful obedience.
Transition requires us to thoughtfully balance
three crucial elements: honouring our rich
history, embracing bold dreams for future
possibilities, and remaining fully present and
faithful to today’s community of believers.
Yet we must ground our dreams in practical
reality. Visions that never touch earth
remain mere fantasies, never becoming the
transformative force they were meant to be.
When we consider the real-world risks involved
in taking steps of faith, we must thoughtfully
balance our calling, our organisational maturity,
and our capacity for bold evangelistic action.
We choose to reframe our approach to
insurance and risk management—embracing
our responsibility for wise stewardship while
maintaining our commitment to apostolic
actions rooted in faith, obedience, and careful
consideration.
Our goal is to develop and strengthen our “faith
quotient”—a practical wisdom that, in everyday
terms, looks like mature risk assessment
combined with confident forward movement.
