Isolated and severely impacted, the remote
town of Adavale was left reeling after
extensive floods.
Global Care rose to the challenge:

Rebuilding damaged workers’ quarters
•
Operating from our Global Care at
Harvest Point Church, St George
•
Partnering with Frontier Services to
extend our reach across hard-to-access
areas
This was a lifeline to a remote community
in desperate need of practical help and
connection.

Taree experienced one of its most devastating
floods in years, with families, homes, and
infrastructure deeply affected.

Global Care’s response was swift and
collaborative:

Jenny Brewer Coordinated

Conducting property clean-ups,
delivering hot meals, and offering
pastoral care
•
Distributing emergency food hampers,
grocery vouchers, and essential aid in
coordination with GIVIT
•
Short & long term accommodation
