INC Early
Learning Services
GROWING WITH PURPOSE
Across Australia, INC Early Learning Services continue to thrive, offering
nurturing, Christ-centred environments where young children can grow,
learn, and play. With 11 services currently operating under the INC
movement, our reach is national — yet our heart remains local, shaped
by the communities we serve and the churches we partner with.
This year has also experienced remarkable collaboration across our
services. Directors and educators are regularly connecting, sharing ideas,
supporting one another, and fostering a strong sense of unity—even over
great distances. No service stands alone; rather, we’re part of something
larger: a movement that values excellence, faith, and community.
Each of our services is unique. Some were established decades ago —
one dating back to 1988 — while others opened as recently as 2018.
From regional towns to bustling city suburbs, these centres are trusted
environments where children are known, loved, and supported.
Looking ahead, we believe Early Learning is more than just education —
it’s Kingdom work. It involves planting seeds of faith, supporting families,
and helping children explore the world with courage, creativity, and joy.
In 2024, Faith Family Early Learning joyfully celebrated 30 years
of service—a remarkable milestone that reflects its long-standing
commitment to children, families, and the wider community.
Some of our centres are part of vibrant school campuses, offering natural
pathways for families as children grow. Others are stand-alone centres
that serve as essential community hubs — warm, inviting spaces where
friendships develop, faith is fostered, and childhood is celebrated.
Regardless of size, all centres share the same heart: to provide highquality, play-based learning that supports children’s social, emotional,
physical, and spiritual growth.
Many services also embrace outdoor learning, encouraging children to
discover God’s creation with wonder and joy. The Bush Kindy program at
Little Learners, now in its 13th year, is a fantastic example. Held through
Terms 2 and 3, this program fosters curiosity, resilience, and confidence
through hands-on exploration in nature. Even the extreme wet weather
hasn’t slowed things down — instead, it has provided rich opportunities
for sensory play, problem-solving, and discovery.
Citipointe’s Bush Kindy is also a much-loved part of the year, with children
often exclaiming, “We want to stay here forever!”, “I love going on an
adventure!”, and “Finding bugs and spiders is so much fun!” With eyes
wide open, they eagerly ask, “Will we see a kangaroo or rabbit today?”
These outdoor programs are more than just fun — they build adaptability,
teamwork, and a deeper connection to God’s creation.
Beyond early learning, we’re proud of the achievements in our Outside
School Hours Care (OSHC) programs. A special congratulations goes to
Citipointe OSHC, which is in the final stages of achieving Activated OSHC
accreditation — a national quality framework that recognises excellence
in outside school hours care. Once complete, Citipointe will be just the
second centre in Queensland — and the 65th nationally — to reach this
milestone. What an outstanding reflection of their commitment to holistic,
innovative care for school-aged children.
